Do I keep using Gmail?
Yes. Pingbo is an iPhone app that works on top of the Gmail you already have. Your mail stays in your Gmail account — Pingbo reads it to track your matters, and the replies you approve are sent through Gmail, so everything stays in one place. You can disconnect anytime.
Does Pingbo read all my email?
Pingbo connects to your Gmail with permissions you approve, and uses them to track the matters you’re pushing. You can disconnect at any time, from Pingbo or from your Google account.
How is my data kept safe?
Your mail is encrypted in transit, and Gmail access uses scoped OAuth tokens that you can revoke at any moment. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Never. Not by us, and not by the AI providers we use.
Will Pingbo send email without me?
Not unless you ask it to. Today, you review, adjust, and approve every single send. If we ever offer more autonomous features, they will be explicitly opt-in. Nothing acts on your behalf unless you’ve turned it on.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
Pingbo’s copies of your data are purged: mail, summaries, settings, all of it. Your Gmail itself is never touched; it was always yours.
How much will it cost?
